The Triangle Vase was fired in a high fire atmospheric kiln that reaches over 2300 degrees Fahrenheit. The piece was lined with a glaze and left without a glaze on the outside. The color variation that you see on the outside of the vase is the natural glaze from the soda firing process and the reduced clay body.
